'WINKOTECH' is committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery worldwide. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and important terms customers should understand before ordering.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or factors outside our control.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We primarily ship using Aramex, FedEx, and other trusted logistics partners.

2. Delivery Within Qatar

We are based in Qatar and offer fast local delivery.

  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available depending on your location and order time.

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

3. Delivery to GCC Countries

Includes: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on customs or courier delays.

Important notes:

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Transit time depends on courier operations and customs clearance in each country.

4. Delivery to the European Union (EU)

Estimated delivery time:

  • Typically 6–8 business days, sometimes earlier.

  • Most orders arrive within 5 business days, but customs processing may extend delivery time.

We use FedEx, Aramex, or other international couriers for EU deliveries.

5. Delivery to the United Kingdom (UK)

Estimated delivery time:

  • 6–8 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

  • Any VAT or import fees imposed by UK regulations are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery to the United States (USA)

Estimated delivery time:

  • Usually 6–8 business days.

  • Rural areas may require additional transit time.

  • Customs inspections or security checks may add extra days, which 'WINKOTECH' cannot control.

7. Delivery to Other International Destinations

Worldwide orders generally arrive within:

  • 10 business days

  • Remote regions may require additional time depending on local courier networks.

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Local customs processes

  • Country-specific restrictions

  • Remote-area delivery schedules

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Import taxes, duties, or customs charges (if applicable) are not included in our product prices.

  • Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs policies.

  • 'WINKOTECH' is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory procedures.

9. Shipping Delays & Courier Responsibility

Once your order is shipped and handed over to the courier (FedEx, Atomex, etc.):

  • 'WINKOTECH' is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Transit times are estimates and may vary.

  • Lost or severely delayed shipments will be handled case-by-case in cooperation with the courier.

10. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order may be returned or delayed.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  • 'WINKOTECH' is not liable for failed delivery due to customer address errors.

11. Tracking Your Order

Every order receives a tracking number once shipped.
Customers may track their shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.

12. Delivery Acceptance

By placing an order with 'WINKOTECH', you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Customs and courier delays are outside WINKOTECH's control.

  • You may be responsible for customs duties or taxes in your country.

  • 'WINKOTECH' fulfills its obligation once the package is dispatched with a valid tracking number.
