Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product only for eligible reasons listed below.

We accept returns only for the following:

All claims must include photo or video proof of the issue.
3. Non-Eligible Return Reasons
To protect our business from misuse and return abuse, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong model or size ordered by the customer

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
We do not accept frivolous or unreasonable refund requests.
4. Condition of Returned Items
For approved returns:

The product must be unused and in original packaging

All accessories must be included

Items returned in used or damaged condition (not related to the claim) may be rejected
5. Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, WINKOTECH covers the return cost.

For all other approved returns (case-by-case), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after:

The returned item is received and inspected

The claim is approved by the WinkoTech team
Refunds will be processed back through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale, in which case they are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged/defective upon arrival.
